saw it with my girlfriend yesterday. A pleasant surprise actually. Loved rumplestilskin (Spellling?) in this movie. I think it was the funniest in the series. Fat puss is adorable. A nice way to end the series.

As ever the party pooper on films:

I was a tad underwhelmed for this one. To be fair I've never been big on Shrek. It's the second that gave me interest at all. But I kind of expected more from it and feel they ignored loads of good things they could have done. Also wasn't enough clever jokes! It was quite a good film, but I guess the higher expectations make it difficult for me to properly judge.

You can see so much how the CGI has advanced over the years, but Donkey looks weird now! All that fur doesn't look right, makes him look a different character even. Puss is sweet. Rumplestiltskin was a good baddie! Well played - he was truly a bugger!

I'm sure I heard that Lord Farquad (sp) was going to be in it... a bit disappointed about that. xD Also thought Charming would return... oh well.

So: potentially a good film, yet a touch disappointing!

I actually really enjoyed it. its not on a par with 1 or 2, but it far surpasses the 3rd in the series.

didnt have as good a soundtrack as the first 2 from what i recall either?

BUT all in all it was very enjoyable, all the kids in the cinema had a blast anyway! :) and there were some teens/young adults on the front row who wooped and applauded at the ending XD

rumplestilstkin was a great villain with superb voice acting i thought, very weird voice but suited the character!

AND
last but not least

BUTTER PANTS.
best. additional voice. EVER.
